Rachel Hills - Co-Founder

Rachel Hills is an internationally celebrated feminist writer, producer, and social entrepreneur whose work has been published in the New York Times, Washington Post, Cosmopolitan, The Guardian, The Atlantic, Vogue, Buzzfeed, The Cut, and many more. Over the course of her career, she has keynoted at Harvard, Cornell, and the Sydney Opera House, leveraged her platform as a thought leader to co-produce theatre, film, and art, and loaned her brain to major media companies, movement leaders, and social enterprises through her communications consultancy Protagonistic. Her first book The Sex Myth was named one of the best books of 2015 by Tina Brown’s Women in the World, and has since been turned into a play, an activist tool, and optioned as a television series. She is currently working on a second non-fiction book, a literary memoir about how to be a mother without sacrificing the woman who came before.

Simon Moss - Co-Founder

Simon is a Co-Founder of global advocacy group Global Citizen, where he leads the organization’s campaigns and strategy work. He co-created the award-winning Global Citizen platform and Festival, has overseen more than 100 campaign victories that the organisation has been a part of, and has been Executive Producer on major events in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia, and film and TV projects that have been seen by hundreds of millions of people, including Global Citizen Live, One World: Together at Home, Vax Live: The Concert to Reunite the World.

He also serves on the boards of Support + Feed, and Global Changemakers, and is a long-suffering fan of Middlesbrough FC.
